We sit on Daetwyler Drive, thirty-two miles from the coast, and we cook like the water is right outside. Gulf fish comes off the smoker, the grill and out of the fryer. Steaks are cut by hand and finished over an open flame. Gator gets the same care as grouper.
The atmosphere at the Fish is consistently fun. Come on in and experience Central Florida the way it is meant to be — we are an Orlando fish fry seven days a week, and only about fifteen minutes from the airport if you have a plane to wait for.
