Food in MCO Terminal B: What's at Your Gates

MCO Terminal B food by gate: Gates 30–59 have Zaza Cuban Café and GastroHub; Gates 70–99 have Bahama Breeze, Outback and Vino Volo. Which checkpoint to use.

MCO Terminal B food is split between two gate areas at opposite ends of the building. As of October 2026, Gates 30–59 (Airside 3, west checkpoint) have Zaza Cuban Café, GastroHub, Wendy’s, Qdoba, Manchu Wok, Camden Food Co., Freshens, Nature’s Table and a Zaza snack bar. Gates 70–99 (Airside 4, east checkpoint) have Bahama Breeze, Outback Steakhouse, Vino Volo, Burger King, Nathan’s, Tacos Locos, Carvel, Cibo Express and Starbucks. The two areas use different checkpoints, so choose by gate number, not by the letter.

Terminal B is the check-in side for American, United, Allegiant and Alaska (Gates 30–59) and for Delta, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, LATAM and most other international carriers (Gates 70–99), per MCO’s airline directory. Gates 1–29 and 100–129 belong to Terminal A and have their own Terminal A food guide; the A/B overview and the Orlando airport food guide cover the whole layout, and Terminal C has a separate restaurant guide.

MCO Terminal B food by gate area

Venue names come from MCO’s February 2026 Terminals A & B pocket guide, the airport’s most recent complete list. The guide marks table service with an asterisk, shown here as sit-down. Everything in these tables is after security.

Zaza’s own locations page confirms “Hub Gates 30-59” as its airport address. Lounges: United Club (Gate 43) and Admirals Club (Gates 50 and 54) in Airside 3; The Club MCO and Delta’s lounge in Airside 4.

Which checkpoint do I use?

The A/B building is one rectangle: Terminal B ticketing (B1–B4) along one long side, Terminal A along the other, a security checkpoint at each end. The west checkpoint is signed “Gates 1–59” and serves Airside 3 (Gates 30–59, Terminal B) and Airside 1 (Gates 1–29, Terminal A). The east checkpoint is signed “Gates 70–129”, sits beneath the Hyatt at what MCO’s FAQ calls “Terminal B, East Hall/Hotel Atrium”, and serves Airside 4 (Gates 70–99, Terminal B) and Airside 2 (Gates 100–129, Terminal A). So Terminal B’s two gate areas use different checkpoints: 30–59 west, 70–99 east.

MCO’s Getting Around FAQ says you “will only be allowed through the security checkpoint for the Gate Area from which you are departing.” After screening, the pairing follows the checkpoint, not the letter: the FAQ confirms you can reach “Gates 1-29 AND Gates 30-59” or “Gates 70-99 AND Gates 100-129” by switching Gate Link trains as soon as you step off. So from Gates 70–99 you can reach Terminal A’s Cask & Larder at 100–129, but not GastroHub at 30–59. Do not exit past the checkpoint to try: you “will NOT be allowed back through security to access the other Gate Area.” The switch is sometimes unavailable while international passengers are arriving.

MCO’s airline directory puts American, United and Allegiant at Gates 30–59 and Delta, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, LATAM, Bahamasair, Flair, Viva and Volaris at Gates 70–99. Southwest, Frontier and Spirit are Terminal A airlines whose international departures also use Gates 70–99, per the pocket guide. The airline-by-terminal guide has the full list.

Best options if you have 20 minutes

Stay in your gate area; a Gate Link ride each way erases the margin. At Gates 30–59, Wendy’s, Qdoba, Manchu Wok and Freshens are the hot or fast counters, with Camden Food Co. and Nature’s Table for something to carry on board. At Gates 70–99, Burger King, Nathan’s and Tacos Locos are counter-service, and Cibo Express Market sells packaged food.

Still landside? Check MCO TSA wait times before you sit down in the food court.

Breakfast / coffee

Gates 30–59 is the best coffee hub in the A/B building: Zaza Cuban Café plus a Zaza snack bar, and no Starbucks, per the pocket guide; our MCO coffee guide explains why the café con leche is worth planning around. Gates 70–99 has Starbucks, and Outback Steakhouse, placed there by the pocket guide, lists 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily on its own location page, the earliest published opening past security.

Before security, Dunkin’ Donuts and Cinnabon are in the Level 3 food court, and MCO’s hotel page says McCoy’s at the Hyatt opens at 7:00 am. The MCO breakfast guide lays out the options by departure time.

Sit-down meal

Gates 70–99 is the strongest gate area in the building for a seated meal: Bahama Breeze, Outback Steakhouse and Vino Volo, all marked as table service in the pocket guide. Gates 30–59 has only GastroHub; passengers there can switch Gate Links to Terminal A’s Gates 1–29 for On the Border, or eat at Macaroni Grill, City Pub or McCoy’s on Level 3 before clearing security.

Late flights

MCO’s FAQ says the airport is open 24 hours a day, but flymco.com does not publish concession hours, and an open terminal is not an open kitchen. The only official hours in Terminal B as of October 2026 are Outback’s 4:00 AM–12:00 AM at Gates 70–99 and, before security, McCoy’s 7:00 am–12:00 am and the Hyatt Lobby Bar 5:00 pm–12:00 am. No vendor at Gates 30–59 publishes hours for its MCO counter.

For a departure after 10 pm, eat before security or take the first open counter after screening; the late-night MCO food guide covers the overnight options.

Before security (meeting someone)

The Level 3 food court sits between the ticketing halls, outside both checkpoints. The pocket guide lists Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, McDonald’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Firehouse Subs, Sbarro, Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Carvel, Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins there, with City Pub, Macaroni Grill and Orange County Brewers alongside.

The Hyatt’s McCoy’s, Hemisphere and Lobby Bar are pre-security per MCO’s hotel page; the airport’s FAQ names McCoy’s and the lobby as meeting points, and the terminal maps page lists a Starbucks on Terminal B, Level 1. Our before-security guide has the details; with a car and two spare hours, see restaurants near Orlando airport instead.

What’s changing in Terminal B

MCO’s Concession Master Plan is replacing restaurant and retail space across Terminals A and B. The board approved Phase 1 on December 11, 2024 (more than 40 new locations) and Phase 2 on November 19, 2025, with “phased openings scheduled for Summer 2026 – Late 2028.”

The airport’s coming-soon map gives Gates 30–59 the most local names in the plan: Otto’s High Dive, Maxine’s on Shine, Seito Sushi, Bobby’s Burgers, MOD Pizza, The Halal Guys, Black Bean Deli and Stasio’s Italian Deli. Gates 70–99 gets Cabrita by Chef Stephanie Izard, CAVA, a Citrus Market winery and tasting room by Brewlando, Freddy’s, Raising Cane’s, Velvet Taco and Pigzza. Expect the tables above to shuffle through 2028.

How to check today

Open MCO’s interactive terminal map and filter for dining; it is the closest thing to a live MCO Terminal B map, and the Orlando MCO app carries the same directory. Confirm your gate range on the airline directory first, and treat the February 2026 pocket guide as the last full printed list.

Bottom line: find your gate, then your checkpoint. Gates 70–99 has the sit-down restaurants and the only published late hours; Gates 30–59 has the best coffee and the fast counters.
