Live music five nights a week

There is live entertainment five evenings a week, and Sunday runs its own set from one until five in the afternoon. Here is how a week at the Fish looks, straight from the July 2026 menu; confirm the current schedule with the restaurant:

• Monday — acoustic night with Santiago Garcia, 6 to 9 pm.
• Tuesday — Team Trivia at 7 pm.
• Wednesday — 80s, 90s and 00s with Harrison Davis, 6 to 9 pm.
• Jam night — Published jam night with Doc Fu and the Soul Surgeons, 7 pm.
• Friday & Saturday — live music at 7 pm.
• Sunday — brunch confirm the start time; published music 1 to 5 pm.

Sunday brunch

Sunday has a separate menu and start-time source comparison. The homepage begins brunch at 10:30 am, while its printed menus begin at 11 am; both end at 2 pm. Confirm an early arrival directly.

Daily specials and happy hour

Lunch and dinner specials change day to day, alongside the standing happy hour. Ask what is on when you sit down; the board moves faster than any website.

Catering and private events

The official catering information describes Central Florida Foodworks, dating to 1989, and catering at the restaurant or another venue. Confirm event location, staffing, group size and date with the operator.

When the kitchen is closed

The restaurant reports closures on July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and it closes at 4 pm on Christmas Eve. Regular service starts at 11 am, with Sunday brunch subject to the start-time clarification above. Confirm current hours before traveling.
