The Hyatt Regency inside Orlando International Airport offers McCoy’s Bar and Grill, Hemisphere Restaurant and the Lobby Bar. Its restaurants are before security, so you can visit without taking a flight. They serve different kinds of meals; choose the venue as well as the hotel name.
This is the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport at 9300 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard, inside A/B. Hyatt Place Orlando Airport and Hyatt House Orlando Airport are separate properties outside the terminal. Sending someone simply to “the airport Hyatt” can create a meeting at the wrong hotel.
Which restaurant fits your meal?
| Venue | Published format | Practical choice to make |
|---|---|---|
| McCoy’s Bar and Grill | Breakfast and later meal periods, with a separate sushi service | Choose the appropriate menu for the time of the visit |
| Hemisphere Restaurant | Dinner restaurant on the ninth floor with runway views | Confirm a table and current dinner service |
| Lobby Bar | Evening drinks and small plates | Decide whether a bar stop meets the group’s meal needs |
| McCoy’s To-Go | Hotel food orders, listed as 24-hour service | Confirm guest or public ordering and collection arrangements |
The formats come from Hyatt’s dining page. They are not our ratings of food, atmosphere or service speed.
McCoy’s for a casual meal
McCoy’s sits on the hotel lobby level. Its day is divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night and overnight menus. That makes it a useful venue to investigate when your group is arriving at an unusual time, but a particular dish may belong to only one service period.
Check the menu corresponding to the visit rather than using a general restaurant listing. If one person wants sushi and another wants breakfast, confirm whether those choices can be ordered at the same time. The existence of both on the website is not evidence of overlapping service.
For a meal before a flight, ask about the order’s likely service before sitting down for several courses. Our breakfast guide and overnight-food guide explain those specific service formats in more detail.
Hemisphere for a planned dinner
Hyatt places Hemisphere on the ninth floor and publishes Tuesday–Saturday dinner service from 5–10 p.m. at our October 2, 2026 check. Confirm the current schedule and reservation availability before arranging the visit.
Its location makes it a different proposition from a quick food-court order. If the point is a dinner together, establish when everyone can arrive, whether the restaurant has a suitable table and whether anyone needs to leave for a flight. Tell the restaurant about the time constraint before booking.
The runway setting is a published feature, not a promise that every seat provides the same view. If the view is important to the occasion, ask about seating rather than assuming it from the venue description.
Lobby Bar or a full meal?
The Lobby Bar may fit an evening meeting for drinks and a small plate. It is not interchangeable with a dinner reservation. Ask which food is being served, particularly if people expect a substantial meal or have different dietary needs.
Choose a specific meeting point within the hotel. A message naming the hotel alone leaves someone searching for a restaurant, bar or check-in desk. The venue name and meeting time make the plan easier for a group arriving separately.
Public access does not remove departure tasks
MCO’s hotel page confirms that travelers and non-travelers can access the hotel restaurants before security. A visitor does not need an Experience MCO pass for that public access.
A departing passenger still needs to complete the remaining route to the gate. If already through screening, a hotel meal means returning to the public side and planning re-entry. For a Terminal C flight, include the transfer between buildings as well.
Avoid arranging a meal at the scheduled landing time of an arriving friend’s flight. Wait for confirmation that arrival procedures and baggage tasks are complete, or use a flexible meeting plan.
Check which Hyatt property you mean
Hyatt’s own pages list Hyatt Place at 5435 Forbes Place and Hyatt House at 5472 Gateway Village Circle. Their dining offers belong to those hotels, not the in-terminal Regency.
Compare the full property name and address whenever you open a menu, arrange transport or send directions. For the in-airport restaurants covered here, use the Regency’s current dining page and confirm the venue directly; Hyatt lists 407-825-1234 as the hotel contact number.
