 The “Fish on Fire” story began in 2004, when fishing buddies and business partners Jay Herrington and John Mitchell expanded their catering business (Central Florida Foodworks) and opened “Fish on Fire” restaurant. The restaurant quickly became a gathering place for area anglers and the communities of Conway and Belle Isle.  Our proud staff consistently delivers fresh, fantastic seafood & Florida Style cooking to everyone who joins us, for a “reel” good time. Large parties are welcome and celebrations are often shared with others.  Fish on Fire can cater any party, anywhere in Florida, and often in remote places where the kitchen comes to you.

“Fish on Fire” is connected to Anglers all over Florida and works closely with several Outdoor Sporting publications providing recipes, preparation tips and support to the Angling community. Hosting several events benefiting charities like “Anglers for Conservation”  and “Give Kids The World,” the “Fish on Fire Family” does their part to make Central Florida a better place to live, work, play and visit!

 

“Fish on Fire” is a gathering place for friends, family and visitors. The atmosphere is akin to the Caribbean.  We offer Daily Specials, weekly LIVE MUSIC  performances and reel Southern hospitality. Whether you grab a seat on our pet friendly patio or belly up to our open air bar, our staff will navigate your tastes to Orlando’s best fish dishes, specialty drinks or the House Beer “Beer on Fire”.
